FLOOR LOADING ROLLER CONVEYOR WITH TRANSPALLET LIFT
The ‘floor’ loading roller conveyor allows the loading of the palletised product-pack onto the conveyor line. Both manual and electric pallet trucks can be used.
The device is sunk into the pit, using the guide lanes flush with the floor the pallet truck can easily overtake the roller conveyor itself; once in position the product package can be deposited and the pallet truck evacuated.
Once the safety zone has been cleared, the hydraulic lift (SI30) brings the pack up to height, then, by means of a motorised roller conveyor, the translation phase takes place.
